1) Dry spinning, the spinning process of it is the same as DSM: 200D, 400D, 800D, 1000D, 1200D, 1500D, 1600D, 2200D, 3000D, etc..
2) Wet spinning, the spinning process of it is the same as Honeywell: 100D, 150D, 200D, 250D, 300D, 350D, 400D, 450D, 600D, 800D, 1000D, 1200D, 1600D, etc..
3) Original color(white) and colorful(red, green, blue, purple, etc.)
The products have some differences to a certain extent between dry spinning and wet spinning. If you need other specifications of dry spinning or wet spinning, please don't hesitate to let us know.
4) Twisted yarn for cut resistant gloves.
a) White 400D UHMWPE + 140D white(black) nylon filaments + white 140D spandex(cut resistant Level 3)
b) UHMWPE fiber 400 Denier + 0.05mm stainless steel fine wire(cut resistant Level 4)
c) UHMWPE fiber 400D+Spandex 140D+Nylon 140D+Glass fiber 100D+200D polyester (cut resistant Level 5)
5) Twisted yarn for anti bacteria/cut resistant/wear-resisting knitting socks.
White(or colorful) UHMWPE 400D twisted with Ne32/1(150D) quick-dry(moisture absorption) and anti bacteria silver ion/copper ion based staple fiber spun yarn/filaments.
